Food Water Revolution 2006
In March of 1996, an extraordinary coalition of war veterans and survivors of Hurricane Katrina united in a six day march
along the Gulf Coast. This event marked the third anniversary of the invasion of Iraq and highlighted the connection between
the human and economic cost of the war in the middle east and the failure of the United States government to respond to the
needs of its people at home. This 13 minute documentary short tells their story.
Food, Water, Revolution was featured at the Museum of Modern Art in February 2007 as part
of "The Katrina Chronicles."
